I chose this hotel for attending a conference and I was pleased to find that it provided a restaurant, a bar/lounge, and a meeting room for special events. The staff was kind and accommodating during my stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a reliable internet connection. This made it difficult for me to stay connected and complete work tasks during my time at the hotel.

Good value for the price , friendly staff, clean room with comfortable beds. Convenient location near the train station for easy transportation. Surrounded by a nice residential area with nearby supermarkets.

This hotel is located just outside the city center of Santander, in a nice residential area which seemed very safe. It is only 4 stops away from Santander central station and just a 2-minute walk from Bezana station. The rooms were clean and attended to daily, and the beds were firm and comfy.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We stayed in a good location, just outside the city centre of Santander. the hotel was situated in a nice residential area and only a 2 minute walk from the Feve rail link. the hotel was also close to a supermarket, which was handy. the room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but nice. we found the hotel to be comfortable and good value for money.

The noise from the cafe at the front of the hotel was a bit disruptive, especially if you are a light sleeper.

our recent stay in Santa Cruz De Bezana was great, but Bezana Lago exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and excellent value for the price. The staff was kind and helpful, and they even provided a baby cot without extra fees.

heating was not functional.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. The room was well-appointed and had a comfortable bed with a great view of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even during the busy holiday season. The location is also perfect for exploring the nearby sights and attractions, with plenty of options for food and entertainment just a short walk away.

There were some minor noise issues due to the hotel's location near the train station, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. some of the amenities in the room could use an update, especially the bathroom fixtures.

The location of the hotel is great, situated just a few minutes' walk from the train station and several supermarkets. the rooms are well-equipped, with comfortable beds and sufficient amenities. the breakfast, served in the hotel cafe, is delicious with a variety of baked goods and freshly squeezed orange juice.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves something to be desired. the carpets and curtains felt old and dirty, and there was a lingering musty smell in the room.
